Our ideal candidate is an experienced, self-motivated, performance driven staff member who is able to assist our HR team! The right candidate will have the ability to adapt to our agency while being a strong participant in team efforts to assist us in delivering a great canidate experience. The successful candidate will have outstanding sourcing abilities and excellent follow-up skills.     Responsibilities

    • Recommend, build and execute social media recruiting strategies and marketing plan through research, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification to promote enthusiasm regarding employment at Racker.
    • Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily (original text, images, video) via different Social Media platforms
    • Build meaningful connections through Instagram
    • Generate, track and analyze analytics reports to gain insight on traffic, demographics, and effectiveness; utilize this information to positively affect future outcomes. Will do this for social media and applicant tracking system.
    • Collaborate with other departments to manage agency reputation and increase reach. Will ensure a proper response to reviews on social platforms like Facebook, Indeed and Glassdoor and assist with agency presence on those platforms
    • Professionally Represents Racker at various job fairs, community and agency functions to promote employment and to obtain content
    • Oversee the internal effort to recruit and educate employee involvement that integrates a staff member’s personal social media platform into our Bring a Friend Employee Referral Program
    • Assist with New Hire Orientation
    • Will review applications, schedule appointments, obtain reference checks, answer candidate inquiries and assist with interviews.

    Qualifications

    •   Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Marketing or related field preferred
    •   Strong familiarity with the business applications of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and digital marketing
    •   Understand metrics; able to interpret the results and take action to increase effectiveness of social media campaigns and recruiting functions
    •   Self-motivated with strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
    •   Experience in recruiting helpful, but not required.   Experience in Human Resources preferred
    •   Must be an agency approved driver.
